Messages update live. A safety refresh runs every 3 minutes only while this panel is idle, so it will not interrupt typing. For new-message dings, open CloudMessage full screen once and allow browser notifications.
Shift history
Manager access
Choose a tab to view each manager function. These reports are available only after entering this lot's manager code, and saved totals and ticket details remain available after a shift ends. Every reporting day runs from 12:00 AM midnight through 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Managers can permanently remove stale cars from the live cage or add a parked ticket without crediting an employee delivery. Ticket history remains saved for accountability.
This adds the ticket directly to the cage and records a manager audit entry. It does not count as a delivery.
